My husband and friends of ours is looking to open an organic pizza restaurant.
We're a little concerned, how do we know if people in our area will buy our pizza? The demographic is 58,000 in a 10 mile radius, and 4,000 in town. Our lease would be 1,600.00 per month. The building is beautiful.
Any suggestions?

Hi Debbie. I wish you the absolute best with your pizzeria.
I think the most important thing for any pizzeria is location. I think that may even be more important than the pizza you serve.
