Hi everyone,

I am from Australia and we are currently having a very hot summer as you've probably heard in the news...

I am using Albert's proven method of pizza dough making which is working out quite well.

My question is this: I am making pizzas outdoors on my 4 burner grill similair to this youtube clip....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bdot_Q7zDjU

... and wanted to know where I can get a RECTANGULAR Pizza stone to fit the full length and width of my barbeque. I prefer to cook out doors due to the heat generated and it would be more convenient than a small round stone.

Any suggestions?   Smiley
