A quick update on what I have been up to recently:
I attended the gala dinner for the Pizza & Pasta Association, UK.
It’s held annually at the Royal Lancaster, central London.
I received 5 awards, an industry first!
Gold award for best pizzeria UK
Gold award for best Italian restaurant UK
1st place for Pizza Designer 2008
& two 1st place sponsor’s category awards.
One of the guest judges this year was Harrods Executive Chef,
Giuseppe Silvestri.
