The dough came out good.
I used a whole packet of yeast, next time I will just use one teaspoon.
I don't really like a sweet crust so instead of sugar or honey, I added Malted Milk.
(I've been playing around with Malted Milk and have made some great pancakes and biscuits.)
If you know any recipes for a pizza dough with Malted Milk I would love to try them.
I've made probably three dozen homemade pizzas, and this was one of the better ones.
My only problem is that there is always something missing from the dough taste.
Maybe I should try something besides Olive Oil, I don't really like it, but always use it for pizza dough.
