I know it is a funny question to ask but when you think about it, as a pizzeria operator the Hobart name is one of the most familiar name in your kitchen! I have three and everyone that I know has a Hobart.
Now I have a confession to make, a couple of years ago I actually bought another brand of mixer and within 2 years it broke so I called a repair specialist and they told me to forget it, cant be fixed, it was built in China and you can not get parts!
