My response:


Steve make sure you have enough cornmeal on your peel. You can make your pizza directly on the peel if you wish. Place corn meal under the dough so it will slide more easily. You can also use flour if you wish.

You can easily chech the bottom of the crust by picking up the corner with a peel.
