A Pepe's To Go Tale from jman

Hey Albert,

I’ve been stopping by your website for the past 5 years or so. I make pies in the oven, on the grill, you name it. Oh, I live about 25 minutes north west of Pepe’s (still close enough to order ‘take out’).

I had a buddy of mine move to Colorado (who also loves Pepe’s) and recently visited him.

Well, to surprise him I ordered up 4 medium pies from Peps the night before (3/4 cooked, uncut…that’s the secret to doing Pepe’s if you are doing takeout and eating later) wrapped them each up tight in plastic wrap, then put them in a bag with a handle and carried them with me on the plane ride to the Colorado the following day. Of course, as soon as we got to his house at about 9000 feet we fired up his oven and cooked them up the rest of the way.

How cool is that…
